  This is a good company with a lot of great realtors and my comments are not directed at anyone other then ELENA VELAZQUEZ.
  Do not use Elena she is very rude, unprofessional and deceiving.
  If you are buying a home and she is the sellers realtor, be prepared for disappointment.
  During our inspection, she was disrespectful in the things she said to me about my realtor (also works for Home Smart just a different branch) and also in the way she talked to me about my inspector.
  Yes the house was sold as-is, but she told us that the house would be cleaned and sprayed for bugs before we moved in. I did not know it was INFESTED with German roaches! Mind you there was so much "stuff" everywhere when we looked at the house and agreed to the "as-is condition" there were not bugs in site. I purchased the house a week ago and I still cannot live in it because were trying to "debug" it.
  Elena had the carpets cleaned (scheduled 2 days after we were due to close escrow) and they day they cleaned them she said the house was "clean and ready." The house was not clean (by any standards) besides the carpet, which I wouldn't consider clean either now that the whole house smelled like wet dog and pee.
  I know it is the homeowners that burned their trash in the backyard and left broken glass all over, but walking into the house, seeing and smelling what I did with roaches everywhere was not what I expected when I was told the house was clean.
  Along, with not being clean, things like the carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors and light fixtures were missing when I took possession of the home.
  I've been trough some rough escrows, but I have never been so disgusted.
  I only leave this review in hopes that someone else does not get deceived and go through what I am still dealing with.
